The WMS801 weather station uses the MSN Direct service to receive regional weather information without the use of any outdoor sensors, and updates its content every two minutes.
The Oregon Scientific WMS801 with MSN Direct service provides real-time, 4-day weather forecast information to plan your day and week ahead. Simply by plugging in the WMS801 weather station within specified MSN Direct coverage areas, you can receive regional wind, rain, temperature, humidity, chance of precipitation and even NWS warning information.
Important: The Oregon Scientific WMS801 weather station will only receive signals within the MSN® Direct coverage areas. To determine if your area is covered by MSN Direct service, visit MSN Direct Coverage.
